Shipping

Orders are prepared within a period of 24 working hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to check the delivery status at any time.

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands):

Delivery in 1–2 business days.

Free shipping on orders over €300.

For shipments under €300, the shipping cost is €10.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we currently do not ship to these areas. If you have any questions regarding this, you can contact us at hola@felie.es.

European Union:

Delivery in 3–5 business days.

Flat shipping rate of €20.

Rest of Europe (outside the European Union):

Delivery in 3–5 business days.

Flat shipping rate of €30.

Orders destined for European countries outside the EU may be subject to tariffs, import taxes and additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. FELIÈ has no control over these costs and cannot foresee them. We recommend that you check with your country’s customs authorities before placing your order.

Rest of the world:

Delivery in 5–8 business days.

Flat shipping rate of €40.

Returns

Returns are managed through home pickup organized by FELIÈ. Once your return request is approved (please refer to our returns policy), we will send you the instructions to coordinate the pickup.

In the case of a defective, damaged item or an error in the order by FELIÈ, the return costs are fully covered by FELIÈ.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 1st return free, subsequent ones €10.

European Union: Flat rate of €25.

Rest of Europe (outside the European Union): Flat rate of €35.
